I really liked spending my week at La Casa del Espanol and I also really liked my family a lot especially the two boys. I had a fantastic time and I also learned a bit about Spanish culture for my A-level examinations next year. I hope to come back to Spain very soon. Hasta pronto Espana.
Lovely place to learn Spanish. I was studying at B2 level as a mature student doing intensive 3 hour lessons over a four week period. I started with 5 lessons a week but found this too much so cut down to 3 a week. (you need time outside the class to absorb what you learn - you learn a lot and you need time to process it before the next class) Friendly, approachable and attentive teachers in an intimate and relaxing yet professional setting. Classes are small and therefore highly personalised (I was never with more than one other student) and their teaching approach is completely open to adapting lessons around you if you want to cover specific topics. I would definitely recommend La Casa del Espanol to anyone wanting to learn Spanish intensively. 4 weeks there gave me a broad basis of the important basics of the language on which I am now developing my speaking ability.And apart from all that, they are also a lovely bunch of people. The place has a family kind of feel about it which makes going there all the more enjoyable. When i first went i thought a 3 hour lesson would be a drag and a bit tedious (they certainly were when I was at school!) But the opposite was true. I actually enjoyed them and never found myself getting tired or checking how long to leave. To me thats a pretty good sign that something is good.

Me gusta mucho mi tiempo en La Casa del Espanol. La clase fue muy simpatico y yo he aprendido bien. Myriam es una profesora muy bien.Valladolid es una ciudad muy interesante y bonita.
